Enrolled patients are able to use MyIndici patient portal to book appointments 24/7, 7 days a week, request repeat prescriptions, view latest lab results and other records and email their doctor or nurse.
To register with MyIndici each patient requires a separate email address and must be 16 years of age or over. You are able to book appointments for dependent children under 16 years via your portal but not able to view any of their health information. The details you register with must match the information on our database at Halswellhealth for your registration to be activated.
Initially you will be given partial access to be able to book online appointments. To gain full patient portal access fill in the portal registration form and email it to [email protected] with a photo of your photo ID (drivers licence, passport or student card) or when you next visit the practice you can complete this at reception. Once the receptionist has processed your registration and taken a copy of your ID you will be given full access.
Please note that test results will only show from the date of full access registration on MyIndici.
