Enrolled patients are able to use MyIndici patient portal to book appointments 24/7, 7 days a week, request repeat prescriptions, view latest lab results and other records and email their doctor or nurse. 

• If you are a new patient to Halswellhealth then you need to complete your new patient appointment before being able to be registered with the portal. 
• To register with MyIndici each patient requires a separate email address and must be 16 years of age or over.
• You are able to book appointments for dependent children under 16 years via your portal but not able to view any of their health information.

To register for MyIndici portal registration form and email it to [email protected] or when you next visit the practice you can complete this at reception. Once the receptionist has processed your registration you will be sent an activation email and temporary password to complete your registration.
