Upcoming changes:

We will no longer be offering the option to collect prescriptions from the medical centre from 1 January 2021. We are now able to send your prescription directly to the pharmacy of your choice so please let us know where you would like the prescription sent. 

From 1 April 2021 we will no longer offer our dedicated phone line for ordering of repeat prescriptions. Over the next few months we would like you to sign up for our patient portal MyIndici. This will give you the capability of ordering your prescription on line. It also enables your doctor to let you know test results and for you to book appointments. The option of ordering a prescription via the website will continue. We will also continue to offer the option of phoning the practice for regular or urgent prescriptions but the patient portal will offer a more flexible re order option as it is available 24/7. We have staff available to assist you with portal registration if required.
