Our patient portal MyIndici offers two different types of access:

Partial access– This ONLY allows you to book appointments. (This is the access you will get when you register via our website.)

Full access– This allows you to send/receive messages, order repeat prescriptions, view immunisation history, reports, your account and test results,  This is activated by the receptionist once we have sighted your ID and you have completed and signed a registration form (a privacy requirement).

If you have received an email to say that you have received a message from Halswellhealth but can’t open it this will be in most cases because you only have partial access and you will need to get full access to view the message.
