We apologise for the delay being experienced in getting through to reception over recent days. We have put on additional staff to handle our increased call volumes. Our COVID19 response means that calls are taking longer than usual as we triage calls. We are also receiving more calls than normal as we implement a new online booking service. Please bear with us as we get the new system in place which we expect to achieve in the next few days. We are working hard to improve our response time.
