From 1 July 2025, our standard consultation fee for patients with a Community Services Card will increase from $19.50 to $20.00.
This small change follows a national agreement through the Primary Health Organisation Services Agreement Amendment Protocol (PSAAP), which sets fee limits for CSC holders across general practices in New Zealand. The CSC fee was fixed at $18.50 for many years before increasing to $19.50 in 2023. The new $20.00 fee reflects ongoing cost increases in healthcare while still offering a significantly reduced rate for cardholders.
