Introducing our Health Coach Jemma Krause. Jemma works Monday – Friday from our Longhurst site. She is non-clinical and can support you with making lifestyle/behaviour changes to improve your physical and mental health. Jemma completed her BSc (Hons) majoring in Psychology at the University of Canterbury in 2021. She has experience as a Youth Mental Health Community Support Worker and is currently studying Nutrition through the University of Otago.
Jemma is passionate about health and wellbeing and supporting others to achieve their own health goals. Outside of work Jemma enjoys being active and spending time with friends and family. Health Coach appointments are FREE and for people aged 16+, registered with the practice. To book an appointment, talk with your GP, nurse, or the reception team.
